FAQ
Why should I buy a Virtue board?
Is the Virtue Redefined and OLED boards Tournament Legal?
Yes the Virtue software has been approved to be tournament legal in the PSP, USPL/NPPL, and the Millennium series. All of our Virtue boards are equipped with a hard tournament lock function that when engaged forces you to open the grips in order to change programming options. Thus making it impossible to change firing modes or max rate of fire while on the field.

I installed a QEV into my Ion, what should I set my dwell to?
Stock dwell for a Virtue Ion board is 30. Once you install a QEV you can lower your dwell to 12-15. This value is adjusted per gun.
Replacing a circuit board on most guns will not cause your gun to leak. The first thing to check is that your dwell value is set correctly. A incorrect dwell setting can cause the solenoid to not close properly. Second check your battery!
However in the case of the Ion where the solenoid is attached to the board a leak may occur from the bottom of the solenoid. If this happens check that your armature is installed correctly with the rubber bumper faced down. Also you can try to put a small coat of Dow 33 grease to the armature.
The Virtue QEV is packaged with gaskets that are used to make up for any gap in threads. If the QEV continues to leak use Blue Loctite to help seal the threads.
Why does only one laser eye light up?
Virtue Laser eyes are made with a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter sends a signal as well as light, the other side is the receiver so it will not light up.
How do I get into program mode?
First make sure that your board is not tournament locked. The board should have 2 dip switches turn both of them to the On position. If your board does not have a set of dip switches then look for a button(NOT the power button) on the board. Press this button while the gun is off and the LED should blink Green (Unlocked) or Red (Locked). Once the tournament lock has been turned off then hold the trigger down and turn the gun on, you will see a rainbow stream of colors release the trigger and adjust whatever option you would like.
